CALENDAR - ACTIVITIES

Important Meetings: All interested parties - faculty, students, parents, sponsors, technical support personnel, and robotic fans.

December 19th - Saturday 2-4 PM - General Meeting (all interested parties). Location the Motorola Plant - Gate Way Blvd, Boynton Beach. Entrance to the parking lot is one traffic light East of Congress Avenue.

January 6, 2001 - Saturday 9 AM - 3 PM -The 2001 FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robot Competition Kickoff. This is when the game is announced that the robot must perform. There will be live satellite coverage at Motorola in Boynton Beach.  It's important for as many as possible to attend the kick off - the design activity will start immediately.

The broadcast will be from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. The most important aspect of the broadcast will start around noon, if you can't be there for the whole session this is the portion NOT to miss.

REMEMBER THERE ARE ONLY 6 WEEKS TO BUILD, TEST, AND SHIP THE ROBOT TO A WAREHOUSE.
